Sandy is the Managing Partner of Sheinin & Company. He is a prominent and highly regarded tax professional and successful businessman.
Throughout his career Sandy has focused on private and public corporate taxation specializing in complex mergers, acquisitions and divestitures and high value tax dispute resolution files. His tax expertise combined with his understanding of business has allowed him to develop and implement many unique value creating corporate structures for clients. He has worked extensively in most industrial sectors (mining, forestry, real estate, recreation, technology, financial services) and has been the tax advisor to either project proponent or lender on over a dozen infrastructure Public Private Partnership projects in British Columbia, Alberta and Ontario.
